Lola usually picks up the littles for a few hours about every other week. These days are rarely documented, but every once in a while, I send my camera along with Lola.
The littles were all set for a day with their Lola and Uncle Jose on Chloe's birthday. My brother, Jose, usually tags along with my mother to help her with the kids, and, because he loves spending time with his niece and nephew:) Unfortunately, Evan passed out about fifteen minutes before Lola and Uncle Jose arrived. We felt bad, but knew that if we woke him, he would be super cranky, so they left without him.
Although the Fair was in town, Chloe decided that she wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese's. (A coworker asked me if the littles had been to the new CEC that had opened in the mall, and I had to laugh when I responded that they had already been three times with my mother. She's "ruint" them, just a little.)

After a couple of hours at CEC, Chloe decided that she was ready for the Fair!
I couldn't believe it when my mom told me that Chloe rode the Ferris wheel. Apparently, she's at the very top of the Ferris wheel in this second photo!
Chloe was most excited that she tall enough to ride the swings! The swings were always my favorite too!

(And for all of you that may be worried that Evan missed out...Unfortunately, he didn't make it out to the Fair this year, but he has made a trip to CEC with Lola since this day.)
Chloe is veeeeery brave to ride the Ferris Wheel. Miss Carlene is NOT! Now the swings are another story - "might could" do those with a little persuasion from an adorable young lady.
