My Lucky Charms

March 18, 2013
As I've mentioned in other posts, celebratory meals usually occur at breakfast time. For St. Patrick's Day, I decided to keep it simple.

We began our morning with a sugar rush of Lucky Charms cereal with green milk and chocolate coins!

After allowing me to take this picture, Evan promptly removed his headband and called it "silly."  I could see Chris's face as he was saying it!

I'm sure that I overlooked them, but I couldn't find gold coins at Wally World, so I settled on these Easter chocolate coins. And yes, Chloe has a boo-boo on her nose. She fell going up the stairs last night:(

I know that Chris would kill me if he knew that I posted this pic, but it was too funny to pass up! Lucky Charms, they're magically delicious:P

Afterwards, we got ready for church and took a few festive photos.

After service, we returned home and went on the hunt for a four-leaf clover.

Maybe someone can settle this argument. Chris claims that four-leaf clovers don't exist, but I know that I found a few as a kid!

And after lunch, we enjoyed some root beer floats!

That was our St. Paddy's Day, but any reason to celebrate with my littles makes me happy. They truly have made me the luckiest Momma in the world and they're my pot of gold at the end of every rainbow! (Cheesy, I know, but so true!) I hope everyone enjoyed their St. Patrick's Day!!!

    1. Thanks:) I saw yours in your post of the scavenger hunt! It looked like so much fun and something I may want to try when mine are a little older. I love the dollar aisles of Target...so many great finds!
